Die-Cut UV

UV-printed stickers with matte finish as standard — no lamination, no extras. The 150 µm polymeric material does the talking: thick, firm, with a premium feel that lands the moment you hand one over

Any shape

Any shape you draw, we cut. The tangential blade follows your outline exactly - no rounded corners, no "close enough."

Checked images

Every artwork passes a real preflight check.(Yes, a human looks at it.) Resolution, bleed, colors - caught before the printer runs.

Free shipping

Free shipping, Europe-wide. (All of it. We checked.) No minimum order, no surprise fee at checkout.

The first three seconds of a sticker

A person handed a flimsy sticker puts it in a coat pocket and forgets about it by Tuesday. A person handed a thick one finds a surface for it that afternoon. The 150 µm body is not a number for the spec sheet, it is the reason someone walks away with the sticker on their notebook instead of in a bin near the door.

The sticker you do not put down

Trade show booths. Brand kits. Customer thank-you packs. Conference goody bags. The variable that decides whether the sticker ends up on the receiving person's gear or in a bin is whether it feels like the brand spent ten cents on it. This one does not.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between ColorTrue™ and UV stickers?

"Which one is better" is the wrong question - they solve different things.

ColorTrue™ solves for color. An 11-color Epson prints green, red, and orange with dedicated inks, so brand colors land exactly - not mixed, not simulated. On 86 µm polymeric vinyl with a UV laminate on top.

UV (150 µm) solves for feel. UV inks on thick polymeric vinyl, matte as standard. Heavier in the hand, premium the moment you pick one up.

If your green has to be your green, go ColorTrue™. If you want the sticker to land on the table with weight, go UV.

How do I setup my file

Send us a vector file - PDF, AI, SVG, or EPS. If you're working from raster, 300 DPI at final size (PNG, TIFF, JPG).

The essentials:

  • Bleed: 3 mm around the artwork
  • Cut line: on its own layer, magenta (100 M) spot path, named CutContour
  • Fonts: outlined
  • Images: embedded
  • Colors: CMYK or RGB. If you're working from brand Pantones, list them in the order notes - ColorTrue™ matches closer than UV.

Skipped a step? Don't panic. Our preflight catches it before anything hits the printer.

Can I split one quantity across different designs?

No. Each quantity is one design - we print in runs, not assortments. (The pricing works because the run is one file, not twelve.)

If you need multiple designs, add each one as its own quantity. Delivered together, priced individually.

What does a premium material mean?

Depends on who you ask. On most sites, "premium" means nothing - it's a word in front of a product.

At Sticker Republic, it refers to specific, measurable things:

  • Polymeric vinyl (not monomeric) - more dimensional stability, better UV resistance, longer service life.
  • Micron thickness you can feel - 150 µm on our Die-cut UV line, 86 µm + 76 µm laminate on ColorTrue™.
  • UV or eco-solvent printing with finishes (matte, selective varnish) that don't peel, fade, or yellow on a sensible timeline.

Our Economy UV line is a solid product - but we don't call it premium, because it isn't. That's what the word means when we use it.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free. (Actually free. The whole of Europe.) Standard road courier across the EU, express courier inside Romania.

If you need it fast, there's a paid option - but it's not a shipping upgrade. It's a priority lane in our production queue: your order moves ahead of the rest, prints first, ships first. Same couriers, different starting line.

Use it when the deadline is real. Skip it when it isn't.
